One Molecule, Many Forms

The changing of water from a liquid at ambient temperature down the temperature scale to crystal or solid ice (and of course up the temperature scale to hot gas) and all the stages in between is such a deep matter that I sometimes wonder if we will ever truly understand it. So if you want to examine these profound changes in a single molecular structure, head off to Ambika P3 at the University of Westminster campus at 35 Marylebone Road. Out of Ice, an exhibition by Elizabeth Ogilvie, fuses art, architecture and science.

Out of Ice runs until Sunday 9 February and there are free events, talks and workshops.
